OUNDO FREDRICK FADEY is an advocate with over 17 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is awaiting graduation with a Masters of Laws degree (LL.M) from the University of Nairobi. He also holds certificates in Constitutional review and Reforms; Policy and Legislative Drafting; Governance and Accountability; Corporate Governance, Effective Program Cycle Management; Gender, Women Rights and Governance Accountability; and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning.
He is the partner in charge of Litigation and management of the Regional offices, including; Western/Nyanza region (Kisumu office), Coast Region (Mombasa office), Rift Valley region (Eldoret Office), and Mount Kenya region (Meru office),
He has long-standing experience in both Litigation and Conveyancing. He has represented the firm’s clients in the Supreme Court of Kenya, Court of Appeal, High Court, Magistrates Courts, Public Procurement Board, and Rent Tribunals, particularly for the many corporate institutions outlined in our profile. Mr. Oundo has extensive experience in civil, commercial, banking, constitutional, administrative, and labor law litigation. He also has several years of experience in both prosecuting and defending election petitions.
Mr. Oundo possesses a specialty in drafting complex commercial transaction agreements, conveyance, and instruments. He is experienced in handling securities registration for various financial institutions.
He also has conducted several complex researches and legal writing, drafted and reviewed several policies and legislations/Bills, both for National and County Governments. He has also conducted a number of institutional legal and governance audits. Mr. Oundo is also an accomplished trainer in several legal fields and has conducted several pieces of training for several clients.
Further, he specializes in handling complex and high-level corporate criminal and traffic litigation.
