The firm represents clients in debt restructuring, security take-overs, asset finance, project finance, and preparation and perfection of securities such as charges, debentures, loan agreements, Commercial Benefit Agreements, Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Guarantees, and Indemnities. Further, we also undertake to draft and reviewing of template security documents to be adopted by service providers on the clients’ panels.
