Abner Oyando - Associate

While he was keen on pursuing psychology, Abner eventually settled for Law. He is an Associate Advocate, as well as a Certified Professional Mediator, attached to the Dispute Resolution Department.

Abner is enthusiastic about civil and commercial litigation, Banking Litigation, Employment Law, Succession matters, Public Procurement Law, Constitutional Law, Risk Advisory and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms with a bias to mediation and arbitration.

He is a valuable member of the team, whose practice focuses on advising clients in complex and high value legal issues, as well as representing them in court, and before various quasi-judicial bodies, including tribunals.

Since Joining KOMM Advocates, Abner has offered significant contribution to the firm, with a particular focus on offering legal solutions which resonate with various client needs.

 Abner offers pro bono services and enjoys writing Legal Articles to offer insights into contemporary legal issues and as part of his contribution to the society.

Hobbies:

Abner enjoys playing Billiards & Pool, and he is currently pursuing membership with the Kenya Pool and Billiards Association.
